Terms of Service

By accessing or using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. Products and services referenced on this site are sold and fulfilled through Whop, and purchases are subject to Whop's own terms of service and buyer protections in addition to any terms provided directly by Kulman Ziman at the time of sale.

Refund Policy

Every Professional Website order includes our three-stage Refinement Process — Initial Concept, Secondary Iteration, and Final Delivery — which we commit to completing within one (1) month of your order date.

This one-month commitment depends on your timely participation: each stage requires your feedback or approval within seventy-two (72) hours of our request. If you respond within 72 hours at every stage and we fail to complete the Refinement Process within one month, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase, requested through Whop.

If you do not respond to a request for feedback within 72 hours at any stage, the one-month completion window is extended by the length of your delay, and Kulman Ziman has no obligation to provide a refund for any delay caused by your non-response. We may, at our discretion, close an order that has gone unanswered for an extended period without issuing a refund.

All eligible refund requests are submitted and processed through Whop, and remain subject to Whop's own refund and buyer-protection policies in addition to the terms above.

Privacy

We do not collect payment information directly — all transactions are processed securely through Whop. Any information you submit to us directly (for example, by contacting us) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not sold to third parties.
